LuxFlip is designed with privacy at its core. Our app operates 100% offline, meaning your decision-making data never leaves your device.

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

LuxFlip stores the following information locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

• Decision History: Records of coin flips, wheel spins, dice rolls, and other decisions you make
• Custom Wheels: Any custom decision wheels you create
• App Preferences: Your settings such as sound preferences, haptic feedback settings, and theme choices
• Favorite Decisions: Decisions you mark as favorites

This data is stored exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Any data from your decision history

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

If you purchase a LuxFlip Premium subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync on your device, your LuxFlip data may be synced across your Apple devices through iCloud. This sync is managed by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync for LuxFlip in your device settings.

Data Security

Your data security is our priority:

• All data is stored locally using Apple's secure SwiftData framework
• No data is transmitted over the internet
• Your decision history remains private on your device
• Deleting the app removes all stored data

Children's Privacy

LuxFlip is rated for ages 4+ and does not collect personal information from any users, including children. Parents can feel confident that their children's data remains private and secure on the device.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your stored data directly within the app's History section
• Delete: Remove individual decisions or clear all history from the app settings
• Export: Your data remains on your device and can be backed up via standard iOS backups
• Portability: If iCloud is enabled, your data syncs across your Apple devices

Widgets and Siri Shortcuts

LuxFlip offers widgets and Siri Shortcuts integration:

• Widgets: Display your last decision result. This data is shared with the widget extension using a secure App Group and never leaves your device.
• Siri Shortcuts: Allow you to trigger decisions via voice. Siri processes your voice commands according to Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store any voice data.

Apple Watch

The LuxFlip Apple Watch companion app operates independently and stores data locally on your watch. If paired with your iPhone, data may sync between devices using Apple's secure WatchConnectivity framework.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
