LuxFlip is a premium decision-making app that helps you make choices with elegance. It includes five beautiful tools: a 3D coin flip, customizable spinning wheel, realistic dice roller, classic Magic 8 Ball, and random number generator. All with stunning animations and a luxurious design.

No! LuxFlip works 100% offline. All features function without an internet connection, and your data is stored locally on your device. This makes it perfect for use anywhere, anytime.

LuxFlip is available for:

• iPhone: iOS 17.0 or later
• iPad: iPadOS 17.0 or later
• Apple Watch: watchOS 10.0 or later
• Mac: macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later

LuxFlip uses cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generation (via Swift's built-in random functions) to produce results. While these are not "true" random numbers from a hardware source, they are statistically random and suitable for decision-making purposes. Each flip, spin, or roll is independent and fair.

To create a custom wheel:

1. Open the Wheel tool from the home screen
2. Tap the "Edit" or "+" button
3. Add your options (text for each segment)
4. Customize colors if desired (Premium feature)
5. Save your wheel

Free users can add up to 8 options. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited options and custom colors.

LuxFlip supports all standard polyhedral dice:

• D4: 4-sided pyramid
• D6: Standard 6-sided cube
• D8: 8-sided octahedron
• D10: 10-sided die
• D12: 12-sided dodecahedron
• D20: 20-sided icosahedron
• D100: Percentile die (Premium)

Premium users can roll multiple dice at once (up to 10).

LuxFlip offers widgets in three sizes:

• Small: Quick coin flip with tap-to-launch
• Medium: Access to coin, wheel, and dice
• Large: Full tool grid with last result display

To add a widget, long-press your home screen, tap "+", search for "LuxFlip", and choose your preferred size.

You can use voice commands like:

• "Hey Siri, flip a coin with LuxFlip"
• "Hey Siri, roll dice with LuxFlip"
• "Hey Siri, ask the magic 8 ball with LuxFlip"
• "Hey Siri, yes or no with LuxFlip"

You can also create custom shortcuts in the Shortcuts app for more personalized commands.

LuxFlip Premium unlocks:

• Unlimited wheel options (vs. 8 in free)
• All dice types including D100
• Multiple dice rolling (up to 10)
• Premium coin, dice, and wheel designs
• Custom wheel colors
• Decision history and statistics
• No limitations on any features

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find LuxFlip and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

If you've previously purchased Premium and need to restore it:

1. Open LuxFlip
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap Restore Purchases

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your LuxFlip purchase
4. Follow the prompts to request a refund

Apple handles all refund decisions.

Try these steps:

1. Force close and reopen: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe away LuxFlip, then reopen it
2. Restart your device: Turn your device off and on again
3. Update the app: Check the App Store for updates
4. Reinstall: Delete and reinstall the app (your data is backed up with iCloud)

If issues persist, please contact us with details about what happens before the crash.

Check these settings:

1. Open Settings > Sounds & Haptics
2. Ensure System Haptics is enabled
3. In LuxFlip, go to Settings and ensure haptics are enabled

Note: Some older devices may have limited haptic capabilities.

Widgets refresh on iOS's schedule. To troubleshoot:

1. Remove the widget from your home screen
2. Open LuxFlip and make a new decision
3. Re-add the widget

Widgets may take a few minutes to reflect recent changes.

Decision history is stored locally on your device. If it's missing:

• History is only saved in Premium mode
• If you reinstalled the app, history may need to restore from iCloud backup
• Ensure you're signed into the same iCloud account
