1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using LuxFlip, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Description
LuxFlip is a decision-making app for iPhone and iPad. It provides randomization tools such as coin flips, wheel spins, dice rolls, list picks, and team splitting. Results are generated for entertainment, casual organization, and everyday decision support.
Do not use LuxFlip as the sole basis for decisions involving safety, medical care, finance, legal obligations, or other high consequence matters.
3. License
DuttLabs grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use LuxFlip on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or modify LuxFlip except where applicable law expressly allows it.
4. Premium Purchases
LuxFlip Premium is offered through the App Store with the following products:
- LuxFlip Premium Monthly: com.shankar.luxflip.premium.monthly, $2.99/month, one week free trial
- LuxFlip Premium Yearly: com.shankar.luxflip.premium.yearly, $19.99/year, one week free trial
- LuxFlip Premium Lifetime: com.shankar.luxflip.premium.lifetime, $49.99 one time
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Prices may vary outside the United States due to App Store currency conversion, tax, and regional pricing rules.
5. Trials and Cancellation
The Monthly and Yearly products include a one week free trial when Apple determines that the user is eligible. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription will convert to a paid subscription through the App Store.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
6. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support.
7. User Content
You may enter custom content such as wheel labels, list items, or names. You are responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring that it does not violate law or the rights of others.
8. Availability and Changes
DuttLabs may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features in LuxFlip. The current website does not claim iCloud sync, live group rooms, an active watchOS target, or a macOS app.
9. Disclaimer
LuxFlip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DuttLabs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular decision.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuttLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LuxFlip or from decisions made using LuxFlip results.
11. Apple Terms
These Terms are between you and DuttLabs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for LuxFlip or for maintenance and support of the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's standard App Store terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
DuttLabs may update these Terms as the app or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted at https://luxflip.duttlabs.app/terms.html.
