By downloading, installing, or using LuxFlip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and LuxFlip ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App and any related services.

2. Description of Service

LuxFlip is a decision-making application that provides various randomization tools including:

• Virtual coin flipping
• Customizable spinning wheels
• Virtual dice rolling
• Magic 8 Ball predictions
• Random number generation

The App is designed for entertainment and casual decision-making purposes. Results are generated using pseudorandom algorithms and should not be relied upon for decisions requiring true randomness or having significant consequences.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access premium features if you have an active subscription

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Features

The App offers core functionality at no cost, including basic coin flip, standard wheel with up to 8 options, and single dice rolling.

4.2 Premium Subscription

LuxFlip Premium unlocks additional features including unlimited wheel options, all dice types, custom themes, and more. Subscription options include:

• Monthly: $2.99/month
• Annual: $19.99/year (save 44%)
• Lifetime: $49.99 one-time purchase

4.3 Billing

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

4.4 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Premium features. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Content

You may create custom content within the App, such as custom wheel options and names. You retain ownership of any content you create. By creating content in the App, you represent that:

• You have the right to create and use such content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is not offensive, harmful, or inappropriate

All user-created content remains stored locally on your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• Any warranty that the App will meet your requirements
• Any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• Any warranty that results are truly random or suitable for any particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from decisions made based on the App's results
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Important: Do not use this App for decisions that could result in harm, financial loss, or legal consequences. The App is for entertainment purposes only.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxFlip and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Decisions you make based on the App's results

10. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
• Change features, pricing, or subscription terms with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

If you are using the App on an Apple device:

• These Terms are between you and LuxFlip, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
